If you're reading this, congrats 🎉! You're either procrastinating or you genuinely care about making a dent in the entrepreneurial universe. And since I'm all about that honest conversation, let's get straight to the point.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Today was one of those "glued to the laptop" kind of days\u2014editing videos and driving those conversations that push us forward. But guess what? It got me thinking about fears. (Yeah, the scary type, not your high school band name.)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Here's the deal, friends. We've all got fears. And then there are those people out there trying to scare us even more. But here's the kicker\u2014asking WHAT'S in our control is key. There are threats and fears all over the place, especially in the wild west of entrepreneurship.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

 <\/p>\n

  • Did I do my absolute best to hit the goal?<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Are there actions I can take now to reduce my current level of threat or fear?<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Is it within my circle of influence or just in my circle of concern?<\/span><\/li>\n
  • By overcoming this fear, will it propel me toward my goals?<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Is the threat or fear based on a present fact or my own narrative and past experiences?<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Who can help me rise above and conquer these challenges?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n

    Most stuff? Not really under our control. But we need to persuade ourselves to try our darnedest to just DO our best. And always remember, every new day brings with it a check-in with our personal energy levels.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    A peaceful night to us all in the hope of conquering our next day's fears. Because hey, what's a little entrepreneurial terror compared to the exciting roller coaster we signed up for, right?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Keep questioning, keep hustling, and above all, keep laughing in the face of fear. Because at the end of it all, it's not just about managing a business, it's about managing life. 😎<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
