The weight of it all was pressing, and I found myself needing a break, a moment to escape. I turned to meditation, hoping to regain some clarity and calm.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">But in the silence, memories surfaced. Some good, but most of them difficult\u2014memories from past conflicts, battles fought, and experiences that left their mark. These moments reminded me just how important it is to keep pushing forward, to work tirelessly on creating the most accurate and effective solutions for veterans and soldiers dealing with PTSD.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">Today was hard, and it's likely that there will be more days like this ahead. But instead of letting it bring me down, I\u2019m using it to fuel my drive\u2014to grow from the crisis and to continue building something that will make a real difference for those who need it most.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">So, that\u2019s it for today.
