One of those days where everything feels heavy\u2014too many places to be, too many battles to fight, and, on top of it all, interactions that drained my energy.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">I encountered people radiating negativity. Not just a bad mood\u2014true, soul-crushing negativity that makes every human interaction feel harder than it needs to be.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">But here\u2019s the thing: I chose to let it go. I took a deep breath, reminded myself that these moments\u2014and these people\u2014are temporary.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">They\u2019re not my co-founders.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">They\u2019re not the ones I\u2019ll be raising a beer with to celebrate our next milestone.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">They\u2019re there for a fleeting moment. And honestly, I hope they realize how much their negativity affects them\u2014personally and professionally.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">For me, it\u2019s like peeling away the tough skin of a beet. I wish them well and let that negativity stay behind, making space for something better.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">The truth is, our energy defines our journey. Surround yourself with the right people\u2014the kind who lift you, who challenge you, who inspire you. Those are the people you want to walk through fire with. Those are the people who help you dream big, change the world, and build something truly meaningful.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">So here\u2019s my takeaway: Let go of the bad vibes. Don\u2019t let them stick to you. Life\u2019s too short to carry what doesn\u2019t belong to your mission.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">What about you?
