One of the reasons we start things\u2014companies, initiatives, change\u2014is because we want to be seen. We want to matter.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We crave meaning. And often, the way we uncover it is not through moments of ease, but through storms.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

This week, I walked through funerals. Personal losses. And an emotional heaviness that made it hard to think straight, let alone function. The kind of week that doesn\u2019t just challenge your productivity\u2014it shakes your identity.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But even within all this chaos, I\u2019m in the mission of my life: helping Israel\u2019s security, emergency, and rescue forces find the resilience within themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Why? Because resilience is not a hashtag. It's not a quote. It\u2019s what\u2019s left when everything else is stripped away.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It\u2019s revealed in how people behave when the waves get high. In who stands next to you\u2014not just when it\u2019s exciting, but when it\u2019s unbearable. And in the refusal to accept reality as-is, simply because we believe we\u2014and this country\u2014deserve better.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Bad things happen when good people stay silent. So no, we can\u2019t afford silence. We can\u2019t afford to wait for things to fix themselves. And we definitely can\u2019t afford to stop trying.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

I\u2019m not here to save the country. But I won\u2019t stop trying to help save the spirit of those who protect it.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

That\u2019s the soul of true leadership, and the DNA of every entrepreneur I know: We keep going, even when we don\u2019t know how. We pivot if we must. We show up again tomorrow. Even when the water is rough, the mind is tired, and the heart is overwhelmed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

This is what resilience looks like. This is what meaning feels like.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

And this is why we keep building\u2014not just tech, but trust. Not just startups, but strength. Not just companies, but communities.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Because despite it all, we still believe we can make things better.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

And that belief? That\u2019s the beginning of everything.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
