Thoughts racing, tasks piling up, and that familiar mental fog that makes it hard to tell what's urgent and what's simply loud.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">As a founder, this is the part we don\u2019t talk about enough. The days when resilience isn\u2019t a buzzword, it\u2019s a muscle that aches. When you're building something from zero to one, it\u2019s not just strategy\u2014it\u2019s stamina. And sometimes, that stamina falters.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">But here\u2019s what I\u2019ve learned: I can either sit with the overwhelm until it consumes me, or I can call it what it is\u2014noise\u2014and return to the essentials.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">Mindfulness helps. Movement helps. But more than anything, clarity helps.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">Clarity around what truly matters:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"\">Getting the product to the first pilot.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"\">Showing up each day with just enough energy to move the needle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"\">Letting go of perfection and leaning into presence.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">This isn\u2019t the season for 10x. It\u2019s the season for 1% better. For asking:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">I\u2019m learning to meet myself where I am\u2014with focus when possible, with compassion when needed.
