Just observing. Listening. Watching how they actually operate.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Where do they need backup\u2014human or technological?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

What surprised me most wasn\u2019t the tech insight.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It was how critical their internal relationships are.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Trust, dynamics, subtle communication\u2014those make or break their ability to use the system well.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It reminded me of something we all say\u2014but rarely do:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

In early-stage products, your job isn\u2019t just to optimize features.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It\u2019s to understand humans.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Before data, before NPS, before churn analytics\u2014<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

You need to see your user.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Sit with them. Don\u2019t interview. Don\u2019t interrupt.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Just observe. Be human. Let the friction reveal itself.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

In a world chasing AI precision, human intuition still wins in early discovery.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
