Day 378 of 1095.<\/span> We\u2019re deep in conversations. UX meetings, pilot preps, late-night strategy Zooms. But one question keeps surfacing: <\/span>How do we help users stay engaged \u2014 not for a week, but for the long haul?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We\u2019re building a platform that strengthens creators by enhancing what they already do \u2014 not adding friction, not throwing tech jargon at them. They don\u2019t need to wear mental gym clothes to get moving.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

And it works. We\u2019re tapping into internal mechanisms backed by research from Harvard, Stanford, and positive psychology. Tools that are already inside us \u2014 we just give them new meaning and context.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But it\u2019s not enough. Not yet.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Here\u2019s what we\u2019re learning the hard way: Even if it\u2019s easy to adopt and fun to use, true engagement only sticks when there\u2019s <\/span>social gravity<\/span>. What their friends do. What they benefit from. What their group gains.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Resilience, it turns out, is not a solo sport.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It\u2019s a shared experience. A loop. Something that builds across a unit \u2014 be it a friend group, a workplace team, or a nation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We\u2019re working on features that embed this principle:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

  • Peer reinforcement<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Light gamification<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Shared wins<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Social visibility<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Group goals that make individual effort feel meaningful<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Because if we get this right \u2014 we won\u2019t just be designing stickier UX. We\u2019ll be fostering something deeper: <\/span>collective resilience<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n

    And in Israel today, where so many people are giving everything for the safety of others \u2014 we owe it to them to think not just in terms of features and funnels, but of <\/span>impact<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n

    This journey isn\u2019t about building a better app. It\u2019s about building a stronger people.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
