Talk to advisors. You want to fundraise and understand investor sentiment? Talk to investors and LPs. You want to validate your business model? Talk to founders who\u2019ve been there and done that. You want to build a company with clarity and alignment? Talk to your co-founders and partners. Every day.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">The truth is, most early-stage founders try to over-optimize. Build first, talk later.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">But learning doesn\u2019t come from whiteboards. It comes from conversations. Not from Google Docs. From friction. Not from strategy decks.
