This week, on day 390 out of 1,095 in our startup journey, a raw, essential question came up again and again:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cWhy would anyone <\/span>need<\/span> to use this?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Not \u201cwhy would they like it?\u201d Not \u201cwhy would they try it once?\u201d But <\/span>what would make them feel they can\u2019t work without it<\/span>?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

1. The Product Perspective:<\/span> Ship a minimal product, test adoption, tweak fast, and learn. Eventually, the buyer\u2014the organization, the manager\u2014feels it's worth paying for. Makes sense. But partial.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

2. The Marketing Perspective:<\/span> Ask users what they want. Build that. Sounds direct. Rarely is.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

3. The Practical Perspective:<\/span> This is where I live. Because no deck, Notion board, or sticky-note session competes with putting something into the hands of real users. Only friction shows you what works. Only usage shows you what matters.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

As we edge closer to piloting, this tension\u2014this <\/span>\u201cwhy will they stay?\u201d<\/span>\u2014has become the most valuable conversation we\u2019re having.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We\u2019re not here to theorize. We\u2019re here to find product truth, out there in the wild.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It\u2019s not about building an MVP. It\u2019s about creating a <\/span>Minimum Irreplaceable Experience<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

And day by day, we\u2019re getting closer.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n
