Here\u2019s a truth I\u2019ve learned (sometimes the hard way): Most things aren\u2019t in our control. We can wish, ask, guide, influence, try\u2026 But at the end of the day, the only real control we have? Our reactions. Our focus. Our actions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

I\u2019m entering another phase of chaos \u2013 tight timelines, shifting dynamics, unexpected turns. And it\u2019s humbling to realize, again, that much of it isn\u2019t up to me.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Leadership isn\u2019t just about managing others \u2014 it\u2019s about managing yourself first. And yes, sometimes that means planning, setting goals, holding people (and yourself) accountable.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    No, you can\u2019t control everything. But you can <\/span>lead<\/span> the situation, rather than be led by it.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    I\u2019m doing my best to steer through it \u2014 to make the best moves I can, to invite luck through effort, and to keep learning from every mistake.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    I\u2019m not where I wanted to be today. I\u2019m a bit frustrated. Things didn\u2019t go as planned.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    But I\u2019m here, taking responsibility, and trying again.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
