  • Team members<\/span> stay or leave based on whether they feel <\/span>heard<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Customers<\/span> decide to adopt (or abandon) based on whether their <\/span>real<\/span> needs are reflected back to them.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
