        2. Map the cost of NOT using your product.<\/span> What's the financial damage when your solution is absent?<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Anchor your model in timing.<\/span> In trauma, timing = money. The earlier you help, the cheaper the long-term cost.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Use analogy bias.<\/span> Help investors <\/span>feel<\/span> the value: "Would you let your star player run without treatment?"<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. Sell in the language of ROI, not empathy.<\/span> Empathy wins hearts. ROI wins budget.<\/span><\/li>\n
        6. Get creative with GTM.<\/span> Think beyond B2B or B2C. Try N2N2B, sponsorships, licenses, CSR-driven bundles.<\/span><\/li>\n
        7. Track everything.<\/span> Every walk. Every mood shift. Every \u201csmall win\u201d is a data point for future deals.<\/span><\/li>\n
        8. Simplify onboarding.<\/span> No one wants another app. Meet them where they are (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack).<\/span><\/li>\n
        9. Focus on early adopters with deep motivation.<\/span> Military units, HR leaders post-crisis, insurers seeking innovation.<\/span><\/li>\n
        10. Remember: mission + margin = impact.<\/span> You're not selling therapy. You\u2019re creating capacity\u2014at scale.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
