Like it makes sense on Excel, but not in real life? That\u2019s where we are.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">We thought we had it. Pricing structure? Solid. Market demand? Real. Product? Close enough.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">And yet \u2014 every major client brings a new twist. A need that doesn\u2019t fit the plan. A budget that works <\/span><span class=\"italic\">differently<\/span><span class=\"\">. A user journey that reshapes the entire value chain.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">At some point, you realize: <\/span><span class=\"font-[700]\">Your job isn\u2019t just to build a product. It\u2019s to build a product that justifies a paying client.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">And sometimes, that means reinventing your model \u2014 Not for the board deck, But for the one customer that opens the next door.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">In theory, we sell to businesses. In practice, we sell to people \u2014 People with internal KPIs, emotional pressures, and constraints we\u2019ll never fully see. So we started listening harder. Asking deeper. Mapping not just the decision-maker \u2014 but the decision-matrix.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">And suddenly, a shift: &#x1f4a1; What if <\/span><span class=\"italic\">our real GTM<\/span><span class=\"\"> is the art of creating custom business logic for each client? Not scalable? Maybe. But what if <\/span><span class=\"italic\">it\u2019s the only way to get to scale<\/span><span class=\"\">?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">Here's what\u2019s helping us keep perspective:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"\">Not every deal needs to be perfect \u2014 just aligned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"\">It\u2019s okay to pilot without a polished product.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"\">There\u2019s courage in walking into a meeting with more questions than slides.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">And when it gets overwhelming? I remind myself: This pressure is <\/span><span class=\"italic\">fuel<\/span><span class=\"\">. Clarity will follow.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span class=\"font-[700]\">Sell the outcome, not the tech.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-[700]\">Start with your buyer\u2019s budget, not your pricing page.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-[700]\">Design models around <\/span><span class=\"italic font-[700]\">usage<\/span><span class=\"font-[700]\">, not just users.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-[700]\">Let clients co-create early models \u2013 they'll stick longer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-[700]\">Don't obsess over scale before trust.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-[700]\">Treat friction as data.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-[700]\">Ask \u201cwhat needs to be true\u201d for them to say yes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-[700]\">Map stakeholders emotionally, not just structurally.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-[700]\">Have a \u201csacrifice feature\u201d ready \u2014 to signal flexibility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-[700]\">Document every custom deal \u2014 patterns will emerge.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">Have you ever redesigned your model mid-flight?
