Over the past few days, we experienced significant changes across every dimension of the company: The product pivoted. The team evolved. The pressure intensified.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But one thing shifted even more powerfully: I came back to myself.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

In our search for product-market fit, we went too far. Too many directions, too much noise \u2014 and it cost us. We lost clarity. We lost alignment. But we didn\u2019t lose the mission.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The most valuable lesson: The glue isn\u2019t in the roadmap, the deck, or the data. It\u2019s in the <\/span>founder\u2019s ability to lead from center, with conviction<\/span> \u2014 especially when things fall apart.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We\u2019re now developing what we call <\/span>\u201cLAVIe for Families.\u201d<\/span> It\u2019s an AI-based simulator designed to empower <\/span>caregivers<\/span> \u2014 family members, partners, friends, commanders \u2014 to recognize distress, hold difficult conversations, and build emotional and relational resilience together with their loved ones in uniform.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The feedback so far has been remarkable: From users, clinical experts, and strategic partners alike:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

This isn\u2019t theoretical. I was in the middle of the storm myself \u2014 professionally and personally. And I applied the same tools we\u2019re building into our product: Micro-actions. Emotional honesty. Reconnection through movement and presence.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It worked. It brought me back to clarity, purpose, and energy. And I remembered \u2014 <\/span>this is the mission of my life.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

  6. Let users inform your direction \u2014 but don\u2019t outsource your instincts.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Build the new version in the open \u2014 transparency attracts alignment.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Pivots are not failures \u2014 they are data, lived.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Don\u2019t avoid hard conversations \u2014 they compound in silence.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Don\u2019t wait to be fully ready \u2014 walk forward, and the path emerges.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
