Today was one of those rare, productive days where everything clicks: ideas flow, insights sharpen, and the team comes together in perfect harmony. It wasn’t just another workday – it was a reminder of the magic that happens when people collaborate physically in the same room, with a whiteboard and markers at the center of it all.
We started with questions, not answers. Instead of filling out the Lean Canvas with solutions, we flipped it on its head and used it as a tool to guide our questions. The goal? To challenge assumptions, clarify directions, and ensure we truly understand the problem we’re solving.
Piece by piece, we built out models, processes, and strategies on the board, combining everyone’s unique perspectives. Slowly but surely, we connected the dots, creating a clearer and more refined path forward.
But beyond the models and frameworks, what stood out most was the process itself. There’s something irreplaceable about the tactile experience of holding a marker, sketching on a whiteboard, and engaging in face-to-face discussions. After months of screen time and virtual collaboration, this felt like coming home to a simpler, more human way of working.
We’re working to help veterans and first responders build resilience and grow from trauma. This isn’t just a business goal – it’s a mission. A purpose that reminds us why we do what we do, every single day.
When was the last time you asked more questions instead of jumping to answers? How do you leverage simple tools, like a whiteboard, to create strategic clarity?
I’d love to hear how you approach brainstorming and problem-solving with your teams. Let’s share and learn from each other.
Here’s to more days of creative flow and meaningful work, Eliav.
