Day 325 of 1,095: How Do You Find Small Points of Light on a Dark Day?

שיתוף פוסט זה

Today was heavy. A tough day, filled with the weight of war.

And yet, I make a conscious effort to look for the small points of light—the meetings, the conversations, the small but significant steps forward in building resilience for security, emergency, and rescue forces.

Maybe that's the essence of it all. That even in the darkest times, there are still glimmers of light. Small, but meaningful.

And I choose to focus on those, rather than the darkness.

This mindset isn’t just about life during difficult times; it’s also a critical approach in entrepreneurship. Every founder faces dark days—investors pulling out, deals falling through, unforeseen crises. It’s easy to get consumed by the setbacks.

But the best entrepreneurs, the ones who endure, are those who actively look for the small wins, the signs of progress, the opportunities hidden in the struggle. They don’t deny the challenges, but they don’t let them dictate their outlook.

How do you find your points of light on tough days? What small win, progress, or moment of clarity kept you moving forward recently?

Drop your "point of light" in the comments—I’d love to hear it.
