Ever had one of those days where you just want to crawl back under the covers and disappear? 🛌 Today was one of those for me.

It started before dawn with ongoing war-related issues. The weight of it all felt crushing. I found myself wanting to scream, run away, burrow back under the blankets, vanish…

But then I remembered: it's all in our minds. 🧠

Yes, I acknowledged how incredibly difficult this moment was. But I also reminded myself that this is part of a greater journey – one that will help me grow, one that I'll remember vividly when I achieve my startup and life goals.

 

  1. Pause and Recognize: When things get tough, take a moment. Understand how you're feeling. It's okay to not be okay.
  2. Reframe: Remember, this is part of your story. How will you tell it when you've overcome?
  3. Rest and Recharge: After a crazy day, it's crucial to rest and gather strength.
  4. Mind Over Matter: Everything starts with a thought. Your mindset is your most powerful tool.
