Day 127 of 1095: When Negative Thoughts Flood In 🌊

Ever had one of those days where everything seems to hit you at once? Today was that day for me.

It started early morning with some tough war-related matters, which set the tone for the entire day. Negative thoughts and fear crept in, demanding my attention while I was trying to function under the pressure of various tasks. Everything felt compressed inside me.

In moments like these, I'm learning it's okay to:

 

  1. Acknowledge the storm ⛈️
  2. Allow yourself a day off from your usual startup hustle
  3. Let go of self-judgment

 

Question for you: How do you handle days when everything seems overwhelming? Do you push through or give yourself permission to step back?

I'm finishing my day on a calmer note with meditation and tools to challenge the thoughts that surfaced. Remember, it's okay to not be okay sometimes.
