Today began with issues related to the ongoing conflict, which also shaped the day for both the startup and personal life. Despite the lack of sleep and feeling exhausted, I’m proud of the progress made.
One of the most significant conversations I had today was with a friend and colleague, Roy – an entrepreneur and someone deeply involved in education and social impact. We discussed a topic that's been on my mind lately: how to change human habits in general, and more specifically, how to help veterans and soldiers adopt our product.
Roy shared valuable insights from impactful projects he's worked on, based heavily on human psychology. This got me thinking about how I can apply these principles to our startup in the most precise way possible.
A key takeaway from the conversation was the importance of peer groups. Habits are more likely to change when people see others around them making similar changes. There’s no substitute for the power of peer influence in driving personal action. I’m now thinking about how to incorporate this concept effectively into our product strategy.
Despite the fatigue, I’m energized by the steps forward we took today.
