Today started early with matters connected to the ongoing war—an intense and difficult situation that continues to impact us all.

Amidst all of this, I found myself thinking and talking a lot about the tech co-founder (CTO) I’m looking to bring on board for my startup.

Who is this person? What traits are essential? What is the most important quality they need to bring to the table? It feels a bit like preparing for the dating scene, only this time, the stakes are much higher.

The truth is, I’m exhausted, and tomorrow starts early again. So, I’ll leave it at that for today, but I promise to share more of my insights soon as I reflect further.
