Day 218 of 1,095: Feedback Before Posting a Job Listing

שיתוף פוסט זה

Today began at the crack of dawn, balancing between the harsh realities of the ongoing war and a crucial task on my to-do list: sending out a draft of the CTO position listing to friends, colleagues, and industry experts for feedback.

I believe that before releasing something important, it’s wise to get multiple perspectives. External insights often shed light on blind spots you didn’t even know existed.

Throughout the day, I also had some deep conversations about the state of our security forces and veterans dealing with PTSD. These discussions reminded me of why my startup’s mission matters so much—our work isn’t just about technology; it’s about providing meaningful support to those who need it most.

Do you run drafts or job postings by friends or professionals before making them public? How important do you think feedback is in refining your work?

Later today, I’ll be attending an important event dedicated to reservists. Maybe—just maybe—I’ll meet my future co-founder there.
