Well, that’s me right now—curled up in bed, a cup of tea in hand, coming to terms with what my body has been trying to tell me all along: It’s time to rest.

It’s funny how we push ourselves endlessly, ignoring the quiet signals our bodies send. We chase goals, stack to-do lists, and march forward as if we’re indestructible. But the truth is, we’re not. Our energy isn’t infinite, and rest isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity.

This moment, as frustrating as it feels, is a reminder. A reminder that in the marathon of life, whether it’s building a business, chasing a dream, or just surviving the daily grind, rest is part of the journey, not a disruption to it.
