Day 297 of 1,095: Building a Resilient Future for Security Forces

Let’s start with the punchline: we’re looking for a clinical psychologist to join our team of expert advisors—to guide and support our work with Israel’s security forces.

Today, I had the privilege of meeting a psychologist who’s already doing holy work on the front lines. They’ve been helping groups of security personnel process their experiences, navigate the mental aftermath of trauma, and find the strength to rebuild resilience. It was an eye-opening, inspiring conversation—one that reminded me why we started this journey in the first place.

Our vision is ambitious but clear: to equip security forces with the tools to foster resilience and grow in the face of trauma. It’s not just about providing support; it’s about creating a framework for long-term mental strength and well-being.

Tomorrow, we’re taking it one step further: I’ll meet with a psychiatrist in hopes of completing the puzzle. The goal is to assemble a holistic, professional, and dedicated team—one capable of making a real, measurable impact.

This week’s milestone is a simple but meaningful one: we’ve shifted from dreaming about change to rolling up our sleeves and working toward it. Real impact happens when vision meets action.

If you know a clinical psychologist who shares this passion for making a difference, send them my way. Let’s build this together.
