Today marked a significant milestone in what’s shaping up to be an intense week of product development and refining our narrative. There’s something transformative about connecting directly with your users – hearing their stories, their struggles, and their hopes for a solution.
After weeks of brainstorming names, fine-tuning questions, and building frameworks, we finally began conducting user interviews. And let me tell you, it was eye-opening.
Each conversation reminded me of something bigger than product features or market positioning. It reminded me of the "why" behind our work – the profound need to help those on the frontlines build resilience during this challenging time.
Listening to users isn’t just about validating hypotheses. It’s about understanding people – their pain points, their context, their reality. And in that, we found moments of clarity. We’re not just building a product. We’re creating a tool that could make a real difference, especially now, when resilience is more vital than ever.
I couldn’t be prouder of the team I’m surrounded by. They’re not just colleagues – they’re partners in the truest sense. Together, we approach each challenge with curiosity, passion, and a shared sense of mission. And as much as today was about learning, it was also about gratitude. Gratitude for the journey, for the people we’re building this for, and for the opportunity to create something meaningful.
I’m excited to see what tomorrow brings.
Here’s to a quieter, brighter, and better future. To building. To believing. And, above all, to the safe return of our brothers and sisters.
