Day 345 of 1,095: Ecosystems, Logos, and the Space in Between

שיתוף פוסט זה

There’s something powerful about documenting the entrepreneurial journey in real time. It forces you to pause, reflect, and extract key lessons from the chaos.

Today was packed. Significant progress on our MVP, deep work on user conversations, and one major insight that shifted my perspective:

You can write long explanations. You can create complex graphs. But nothing beats a simple map of competitor logos, placed along two key axes:

  1. Technology vs. Traditional – Where does each competitor stand?
  2. Post-Trauma vs. Pre-Trauma Prevention – Are they addressing the aftermath or preventing it altogether?

This exercise was eye-opening. Suddenly, we had a clearer picture of the market, our differentiation, and how to communicate our value proposition more effectively.

On top of that, we made significant strides in MVP content and deepened user engagement—because, at the end of the day, without truly listening, no product can solve a real problem.

Building a startup is as much about mental resilience as it is about execution. Here are a few essentials:

  • Gratitude – And actually documenting it.
  • Momentum – Keep moving forward, even in small steps.
  • Breathing & Mindfulness – Staying present in the now.

And of course, there’s so much more to learn along the way.

Grateful for the progress, the team, and the journey. Most of all, grateful for the good.

What’s the best framework you’ve used to map your market? Drop a comment—I’d love to hear.
