One of the reasons we start things—companies, initiatives, change—is because we want to be seen. We want to matter.

We crave meaning. And often, the way we uncover it is not through moments of ease, but through storms.

This week, I walked through funerals. Personal losses. And an emotional heaviness that made it hard to think straight, let alone function. The kind of week that doesn’t just challenge your productivity—it shakes your identity.

But even within all this chaos, I’m in the mission of my life: helping Israel’s security, emergency, and rescue forces find the resilience within themselves.

Why? Because resilience is not a hashtag. It's not a quote. It’s what’s left when everything else is stripped away.

It’s revealed in how people behave when the waves get high. In who stands next to you—not just when it’s exciting, but when it’s unbearable. And in the refusal to accept reality as-is, simply because we believe we—and this country—deserve better.

Bad things happen when good people stay silent. So no, we can’t afford silence. We can’t afford to wait for things to fix themselves. And we definitely can’t afford to stop trying.

I’m not here to save the country. But I won’t stop trying to help save the spirit of those who protect it.

That’s the soul of true leadership, and the DNA of every entrepreneur I know: We keep going, even when we don’t know how. We pivot if we must. We show up again tomorrow. Even when the water is rough, the mind is tired, and the heart is overwhelmed.

This is what resilience looks like. This is what meaning feels like.

And this is why we keep building—not just tech, but trust. Not just startups, but strength. Not just companies, but communities.

Because despite it all, we still believe we can make things better.

And that belief? That’s the beginning of everything.
