Day 381 out of 1095: Getting Ready for the Pilot

שיתוף פוסט זה

It hit me today. We're no longer talking about if—we're talking about how.

How many people do we need for the pilot? Should we focus on personal resilience or group resilience first? What specific questions must be in the questionnaire? How many AI agents should talk to Lavie—our system—to make it feel truly personal and helpful?

These aren't theoretical questions anymore. They're product questions. Operational questions. Human questions.

And that’s what makes this moment so powerful.

381 days into building a product that aims to help humans become more emotionally resilient through an AI co-pilot—and now we’re asking: how do we make this real?

From frameworks to feelings. From demos to decisions. From vision to execution.

What excites me the most isn't just that we're “launching a pilot.” It's that the questions we're now asking are deeply human.

Because when you're building something that touches the soul, the last 10% isn’t about code—it’s about care.

So here’s where we are:

  • Designing a pilot that balances scale with intimacy.
  • Mapping resilience not just as an academic model, but as a lived experience.
  • Making sure Lavie—our AI-powered system—doesn’t just “respond” to users, but truly supports them in building inner strength.

I wanted to pause and share this point in the journey. Because while product milestones matter, emotional milestones matter even more. This is one of them.
