Today, I was reminded once again how grateful I am for my mission and the path we are walking together to create meaningful change.
War is not a natural state for human beings. Even those who seem unaffected carry small, invisible scars.
I have the privilege and honor to develop a technology that supports those who fight for us — our security, emergency, and rescue forces. Our goal is to provide them with tools for inner and outer resilience, helping them regain control over their lives during and after extreme challenges.
I also have the privilege of being surrounded by entrepreneurs, partners, advisors, and truly good people.
These are insane days — the load, the pressure, the countless tasks. I am at my very edge. But we are moving forward. We are pushing boundaries.
And I am deeply thankful to everyone who is part of this journey. I could never do this alone.
10 Tips for Choosing the Right Partners and People for Your Journey
- Align on Mission and Values – Choose people who believe in the "why" just as much as the "what."
- Look for Complementary Skills – Diversity in thinking and expertise drives innovation.
- Prioritize Resilience and Adaptability – Startups are storms. You need people who can stand in the rain.
- Check for Emotional Intelligence – Success requires more than IQ. EQ is what gets teams through hard times.
- Test the Trust Factor Early – Small projects together can reveal a lot before big commitments.
- Seek Lifelong Learners – The right partners keep growing, even when things get tough.
- Value Transparency – Open communication prevents 90% of future conflicts.
- Community Over Ego – Choose those who prioritize the mission and the group over personal pride.
- Share the Load – Pick people who are willing to do the "unsexy" work, not just the spotlight roles.
- Celebrate Together – Find partners who will celebrate not only big wins but also small victories.
I am grateful for every person who has taken part in this journey. Here’s to continuing to push forward — together.
Thank you all. Until next time,
