Today marked day 28 of my 1,095-day journey to build ImP-Act, and it was a day dedicated to rest, indulging in a binge-worthy series, and light preparation for the week ahead. It might seem counterintuitive, but this break allowed me to think more clearly about various aspects of a problem I've been trying to solve.

When we're faced with a challenge or difficulty that we haven't yet overcome, our instinct is often to persist and push harder. However, sometimes the best course of action is to take a step back, perhaps even shift our focus to something else entirely. By giving our minds a chance to rest, we open the door to creative thinking and unconventional solutions.
