Day 256 of 1,095: Partners Who Become Friends

שיתוף פוסט זה

Today was one of those milestone days—intense, exhausting, and full of learning moments. Let me share some key highlights and reflections from this step in the journey.

Saying Goodbye to Potential Partners

In business, as in life, not all "dates" lead to a lasting relationship. Today, I decided to part ways with a few potential partners. It was a respectful and amicable goodbye, but it reinforced an important truth: if there's no real chemistry, it's better to move on. This not only saves time but also creates space for the right people to step in.

The Spark That Builds Great Partnerships

On the flip side, I also had meetings that felt… different. Meetings where the spark of connection was undeniable. I’m convinced that the best business partners are more than just colleagues—they’re friends. True friends build relationships rooted in authenticity, honesty, and mutual support. They share a desire to grow and help others grow along the way.

The Right Team for the Right Mission

Beyond the meetings, today included meaningful progress on the product itself. It’s becoming increasingly clear that our team is evolving into a dream team—a group that feels the energy, the shared purpose, and the responsibility to deliver real change. In our case, it's providing life-changing tools for trauma survivors, helping them grow from their inner resilience.

Partnerships are not just about skills or experience. They’re about chemistry, shared vision, and the willingness to navigate challenges together. As the saying goes:

"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."

What values matter most to you when choosing partners on your journey? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

Another day of steady progress. Slowly but surely, we’re getting there..
