There are moments in life when connections just click. Those rare encounters where chemistry is so natural that words feel almost unnecessary. It feels like you’ve known the person for years, even if you’ve just met. Everything aligns perfectly.
It’s in these moments that you realize how profound human connection can be.
Grateful for the Opportunity to Build Resilience
Over the past 6 months I’ve had the privilege of working for veterans and first responders, helping them develop personal resilience. Knowing that this work is inspiring people to adopt habits that bring them closer to happiness is incredibly fulfilling.
It’s a reminder of how impactful even small actions can be when they’re rooted in genuine care.
A Birthday Tribute to Sagi Golan, of Blessed Memory
This week, we gathered to honor Sagi Golan, a dear friend, comrade, and eternal part of our shared journey.
Sagi was one of many December birthdays in our group, celebrating just 10 days before mine. Yesterday, his friends from the commune, the army, childhood, family, and his beloved Omer came together to reflect on his life.
We shared stories about who Sagi was and the incredible energy he brought into every room he entered. More importantly, we asked ourselves:
What would Sagi want for us? What can we learn from his life to improve our own?
The answer was clear. Sagi’s legacy is about creating meaningful connections and striving to make the world a better place—through action, kindness, and an unwavering belief in people.
Even in his absence, Sagi continues to inspire us. His memory reminds us of the power of human connection, the importance of building each other up, and the beauty of living with purpose.
To Sagi, thank you for watching over us from above. Your spirit continues to guide us and fuel our drive to make an impact.
So, as we move forward, let’s honor his legacy by asking ourselves daily:
How can we connect more deeply, live more fully, and leave the world better than we found it?
