Today was a milestone. We continued our Design Sprint process, joined by an incredible group of advisors and partners. Sitting in that room was like being in the presence of a collective powerhouse – over 150 years of combined experience in tech, product development, business strategy, human connections, and entrepreneurship.
And let me tell you, it wasn’t just impressive; it was inspiring. This wasn’t just about the resumes or expertise sitting around the table – it was about the energy, the passion, and the shared commitment to making a real impact.
The day taught me two important lessons:
- Experience is a multiplier. When you listen to people who’ve “been there, done that,” you see problems differently – and solutions come faster.
- The right people make all the difference. Having advisors and partners who are not just skilled but deeply invested in your vision is a privilege I don’t take for granted.
Today was one of those days where you feel the momentum building. The discussions were enriching, the ideas were practical yet innovative, and the progress was tangible. Each step forward feels like we’re getting closer to a goal that’s bigger than any of us individually.
And the goal? To build resilience. We're creating a product designed to foster mental resilience – a tool that equips people with the strength to navigate challenges, thrive under pressure, and emerge stronger.
When I look at this journey, I know one thing for sure: I’m fortunate to be surrounded by people who are not just talented but truly committed. Together, we’re helping those who serve others develop the mental strength they need to keep going.
Now, let me turn it over to you: When was the last time you were part of a team that inspired you to think bigger? What do you look for in the people you trust to guide and challenge you?
Drop your thoughts in the comments – I’d love to hear.
Let’s build resilience, one step at a time.
