Today wasn’t one of those days with a single, shiny headline.
It was one of those messy, real days – packed with pitch deck updates, legal discussions, deep conversations about relationships, reserve duty logistics (yes, that’s a thing here), and a lot of relentless work on our startup.
And somehow, in the middle of all this noise – I paused.
Just for a moment, I could actually see the journey we've taken.
401 days in, out of a 3-year plan. We’ve set the date for our pilot sales. We’ve built something from scratch, and more importantly – we’ve built it together.
There’s something powerful about realizing how far you've come, even when you’re still in the middle of the climb.
I don’t do this often enough – but today, I want to appreciate the people walking this road with me.
My co-founders, our advisors, the good humans who show up, who care, who challenge and support. You know who you are.
This is what resilience looks like: not just pushing forward, but also recognizing where you stand.
In Israel, being an entrepreneur means juggling more than just product-market fit and growth charts. It means being ready to shift from investor meetings to military service, from legal headaches to personal growth. And still, step by step, we keep moving.
To everyone who protects us, in every sense – thank you.
And to fellow founders out there: when was the last time you stopped to look back, and actually see your own journey?
We talk so much about the next milestone, the next big thing – but sometimes, just seeing the road behind you is enough to recharge.
