Some startups wait until everything is polished. But we’re launching today — not because Lavie is ready, but because people need him now.

Days 453–455. This is not just another AI launch. This is a response.

We’re releasing the pilot version of Lavie — a digital mental health companion, built for Israelis living through one of the most difficult emotional landscapes in recent memory.

Lavie doesn’t walk on his own yet. But he stands. And he connects.

Why Lavie?

Because in times of chaos, we don’t need perfection. We need presence.

Lavie sends daily proactive messages — each one a small, doable action:

  • Two minutes of movement
  • One minute of breathing
  • A short grounding exercise before sleep

He doesn’t offer therapy. He simply shows up. Quietly, consistently — a digital hand to hold when everything feels out of control.

We’re launching today — not on schedule, but on need.

We didn’t plan to go live yet. But right now, roadmaps mean less than reality.

Being a founder doesn’t always mean waiting for the right market moment. Sometimes it means showing up when it matters most — even when it’s messy.

So that’s what we’re doing. We’re letting people in. Inviting them to shape Lavie with us. Because Lavie isn’t a product. He’s a response to a human need.

What we’re hearing from first users:

“It gave me back a tiny piece of order.”

We’re not tracking vanity metrics. We’re listening to signals that matter: That even in darkness, small rhythms restore control.

10 things Lavie gently nudges us to do:

  1. Walk for three minutes. Even around the kitchen.
  2. Exhale slower than you inhale.
  3. Name the emotion. Don’t argue with it.
  4. Feel your feet on the floor.
  5. Text someone: “Thinking of you.”
  6. Find one still thing outside and focus on it.
  7. Drink water. Slowly. Like it matters.
  8. Say something kind to yourself — out loud.
  9. When overwhelmed, ask: “What’s the next tiniest thing I can do?”
  10. Know this: needing support doesn’t make you fragile. It makes you human.

We’re calling him Lavie — לביא. In Hebrew, it means lion. But real resilience doesn’t roar. It whispers. And it stays.

📲 Want early access? Reply here — we’re inviting a small group into the pilot today.

Because when everything around you feels out of control, even a quiet, imperfect digital companion can help you feel just a little more grounded.
